I have ruled out Coombe Road because it had brick buildings and was virtually completely rebuilt in the mid 1930s.

I am still sticking to a former South Eastern Railway station and consider one of the following which since the photograph was taken have been largely rebuilt.-

Eden Park
Kidbrooke

It reminds me of Eden Park of sorts, when I was there I remember it for being so green and leafy, but I'm not 100%.
