For some reason/ bit of a long shot but im going to say Worcester Shrub Hill?

Maybe Not - Having seen the above post...

Edit - i don't know...:lol:

Long shot indeed - not Shrub Hill. Not either of the Worcester stations for that matter

I said that the station in question has 5 platforms - Smethick only has 4 :P

It is indeed Stafford. Pic taken from Platform 5 to the storage cupboards on Platform 4. There used to loads of these signs around until they had some recoration done and only a couple had reappeared at the time I took this photo.

Simon Poole will be kicking himself for this one I suspect!

Your title for this one is apt! It is indeed hard! However, could it be Lostwithiel? I doubt as much...
