My apologies as I don’t think I was alerted to these replies.

Neither of the above as the station is not in Scotland or Wales (or even Northern Ireland)!

It might be a very new station or heavily refurbished. Nothing dated about it. Galvanised lamp posts (not painted so no clue as to a current/previous TOC), and an unusual base (according to my experience). New asphalt platform, edging and tactile paving. New looking notice board possibly with blue uprights.
