It's Godstone. The redness around the train is to obscure just how ridiculously straight the track is at this point, and not related to sheep. :D

So that means open floor.

Can't think of anything but recon it's in the peak district or the Yorkshire Dales.

Line or station? If station, then it looks rather like it should be Midland architecture, but there are hills in the background. I'd guess at Little Salked.

And will look a complete plonker if wrong.

I withdrew the photo when it occurred to me it might not be legit!

It was actually Shankend, between Hawick and Carlisle.
