I'm struggling to think of anywhere that fits the bill. Settle - Carlisle is too neat, Leeds-Morecambe sees too many classes...

Tyne Valley also feels wrong, but a punt with Haydon Bridge.

I don't do random and as I haven't a clue then I'm not guessing. I take it one of the classes is 37, or by two classes do you mean two classes of passenger train?

Following on from earlier, here's another few graphs.

They're only interesting because they show pretty much nothing, other than a slight tendency to chat between the hours of 4pm and 5pm, and slightly less eagerness to post pictures between 8pm and 9pm. What balanced people we all are... (perhaps other than me :D)

4SRKT: I agree, but I don't understand the second or third graphs.

OxtedL: I'll have the codes done up to post 4000 on Sunday ;)

You, my friend, are completely and totally mental.
Be careful - I hold all the data! I could easily (although perhaps feebly) do some sort of in depth analysis of you! ;)

The second graph has been adjusted to take account of the fact that different post types are more numerous, if that makes sense. This makes the data more comparable.

The third graph has been adjusted even further to disregard the fact that posts are more numerous at certain times of day. This (theoretically) means its easier to see how posting patterns change throughout the day. Like how, for example, there are a large proportion of posts between 4am and 5am are incorrect guesses. Tiredness :D. Or that a larger proportion of posts just before this are responses to guesses. (This suggests that people who have posted pictures are willing to stay up later to see them through, or perhaps that they will respond after fewer guesses than at peak thread time). You get the gist.

You should have seen my Geography coursework!

I agree, but I don't understand the second or third graphs.

Second graph is the first graph with each line rescaled to have the same maximum. Third graph is scaled so that each time has the same average. It's basically a way of compensating for the fact that incorrect guesses swamp everything else.

Of course, it's not proper statistics until you get some rate, some moving averages, maybe even do some significance tests such as chi-squared.:D

Leamington Spa? I can't think of many other places served by Voyagers, 9-car units and has semaphore signalling (I don't even think LMS is semaphore...)

Worcester Shrub Hill is my traditional guess at this point.

No. None at all. It's just my file naming system. Look back at my previous pics. :D

I need a guess before I can give any clues...

That doesn't appear to be a valid guess ;)
