The lion on the crest is the same lion as on the Scottish flag (not the Saltaire, but the yellow one) so all it tells us is that the station is somewhere in Scotland. I am intreagued by the white on the left and the Hblack on the right of the building's gable. Haven't a clue where though, but I'll take a stab at Glasgow Queen Street.

For what its worth, if the black/white is what I think you are referring to, the black is roof and the "white" is sky
