Damn. That went more quickly than I had expected!

Eaglescliffe is right. I had intended for this shot to be used for GtS initially, but decided otherwise. A pair of benches is far harder! For the record, in case anyone hadn't already guessed (or read), I was on the GC HST in the background.

OxtedL: Lesson learnt.

I'll take the floor if I can get on the computer, just waiting for my mum to come off :) That's if you don't mind waiting a bit

Feel free, I should be on in 5 mins, for those who haven't realised, I'm usually on my ipod so that limits certain things

No prizes for guessing the TOC.

[No really. No prizes. Picture taken down to be replaced at a later date]

Woah, biting sarcasm there!

If you're up and running then put yours up and I'll take mine down, no-one's guessing it...

How deeply unethical HST!! :D

I could do a whole separate analysis of how people name things on this thread...

I'm willing to believe it could be Worcester Foregate Street.

Forgate St doesn't have any junction signals

We shall have to go through and discount some of his "corrects" ! :D

It isn't Droitwich then...? (It isn't Shrub Hill methinks...)

That's what we're trying to guess! :D

[Yes, I see what you're saying, we have to take it as given that it's from a station]

If it's a road bridge it opens it up again. Still, I've checked through the Baker and can't find any ex-GWR stations in known semaphore areas with a tunnel very close, so I was stumped anyway.

With 172 mia, and more people about, I will tempt fate by putting this back up.

It's actually cunning on second thoughts, as I doubt many will have been outside this station. It's not mine, but it's hidden away somewhere in the backwaters of creative commons.

right well its somewhere west of Brighton as by looking with detail the poster (looks like an engineering one, shows a straight line then lines off it)..

Not Oxted.

The engineering poster is a generic Southern one, the lines showing just indicate where there was engineering work on the weekend following when the picture was taken.

Oops, no it doesn't actually, it indicates where replacement buses stop for this station. Missed that. Not a train map.
