Right, it's not TPE as the calling pattern of their EDB services are constant, this rules out Manchester Piccadilly and Oxford Road, Bolton, Chorley, Preston, Lancaster, Oxenholme, Penrith, Carlisle, Haymarket and Edinburgh.

Your correct none of the above. Another clue after 3 wrong guesses

Floor claimed!

Where might one find these two benches?

I will add - rather uselessly - that another pic from the same location has a rather nice girl in it, who even waved me goodbye! Mind you, she sounded like a Londoner, and was only present because she caught the wrong train. Which is far from ideal for me!

I suppose I was! I helped her and everything! I half expected her to kiss me when she boarded her train...

The first clue, which I'll give after a couple more incorrect guesses (sorry Sonic & 172), will be the type of train she boarded in an effort to get back to where she should have been, which would have then required a change to a faster service in order for her to arrive at her intended destination.

Not Wolverton. One more guess, and then I'll reveal the kind of train the "hot" [if you know what I mean ] girl boarded.

When this has been done, I'll post the other picture. Look for the girl in the white top!

I'm fed up of all that "get in there" stuff. We had enough of it around my birthday with the you-know-what thread.

It's not Wellingborough. And given this following clue, it couldn't be.

When this train appeared, she remarked, "It's little, innit?" Needless to say, it was Pacer. Given her accent, you would have to assume that she was more used to the likes of 4-car 357s or something along those lines (which, to be fair, I am also used to!)...
