Not Burnley, although it is closer geographically than Keynsham. I shan't comment on its distance relative to Stevenage though, to try to not give too much away.

The STATION is dump (although having now been there I can certainly vouch for Kirkgate in the "dump" stakes!). No-one said the area is a dump.

It is none of the above.

This station is NORTH of the M62. As is far more likely with me from now, courtesy of having snapped many a location in the north during the last week!

Yes, folks, this station is SCOTTISH. It becomes my first station to not be England (and then not north of York) and Wales. And with that in mind, I am currently remaking my Guess the Station map!

Annan is not correct though.

I had thought Maybole, but it used to be a nice station with great banks of rhododendrons all over the place. What happened?

Ever since the photo was posted up I had a feeling it was Maybole, but I discounted it as I was sure I remembered that corner of the world being prettier than the pic suggests!

I don't seem to have any suitable shots of my own around at the moment, so it's open floor.

It is a far prettier place than the pic suggests. Unfortunately though, the station would suggest otherwise. This area was immediately south of the station building.
