It's fairly new and fairly southern. The platforms aren't oppostie each other (if indeed there are two). There is no electrification. It's a long shot, but Aylesbury Vale Parkway?

Very close now. Briton Ferry opened a few months before this one. BF doesn't have staggered platforms.

Yep, Llansamlet is the station being built in the photo, my local station for the best part of 10 years. The view shows the westbound platform. Wikipedia only shows the eastbound platform.
