My standard How to Post a Pic reply

When you click

(or

) it brings you up with a text editing page...

1. At the top of that grey box is a 'Paper Clip' Symbol - Click on that & it brings up a pop-out window entitled 'Manage Attachments'.
   
2. From there you click the button -'Choose File'
   
3. Select your file you wish to upload from your computer - however make sure it fits the criteria said for that file type on the manage attachments page.
   
4. Once you have selected the file and pressed open - press upload (opp the Select File Button).
   
5. Go back to the Text Editing box and click where you want the file to be inserted...
   
6. Go back to the 'Paper Clip' but this time click on the arrow directly next door. Select the attachment from the drop-down menu and it will be inserted

And to clarify - the two things on either side of the picture are the platforms. The bit in the middle that looks like a river is the trackbed, filled (flooded) with water.
