Well I look like a fool now... I DO NOT recognise that building. And I can't find it on Google.

Yes Oxted you were quite right, it couldn't have been my guesses - I've got a headache trying to work out what all the clues were pointing towards...

Nice work Popper.

Yup, from the wikipedia page.

Over to TB then...

Sorry for being like this, I am aware that I post in a sporadic and annoying way... :D

Before I make a guess, I must say, I love that shot! Nice one TB. :) Now I'm not sure if High Marnham still has the remains of a station or even had a station but when they recomissioned the branch they used a DBSO+31 I'm pretty sure, and I know that the line crosses the ECML and that looks like a bridge its crossing, so I will guess High Marnham. :)

Thanks for the kind words.

High Marnham is not a station and therefore disallowed.

This is a current station.

There's what looks to be a road crossing treadle there, so the photo (at a guess) taken from the crossing - must be presumably an AOCL/ABCL type crossing, which might help narrow things down slightly.

Could this be Heart of Wales line possibly...?

Ok, haven't a clue where you might have been today, but going on my first guess, and given the direction of the sun in the shot, and the two bridges...

:D

Have to say, a very nice shot that one.

An open floor for anyone wanting a go - I really have to dig out some of my old photo albums and scan a few goodies in. Or take some new photos!
