It is Edge Hill. Thought I'd put an easy one on as I'll be off to bed shortly.

Although I did have another picture of Dunston and Heworth...

I have a photo from the web, but I have a kind of deja-vue that it might have been on here before. I can't find that it has appeared here before, but I haven't exactly trawled through the thread to see if it definately has. If it hasn't appeared before it might be a rather difficult one.

Maybe I should just let Ivo post his offering.

You mean my one that will probably last about 30 seconds, courtesy of a certain man from Llanelli (and I don't mean Greenback either!)?

I an not from Llanelli. Try not to go there it is a dump.

Neath is my nearest station.

I am sure Carmarthen has been in here at least 5 times. I don't think I used the picture of Cardiff before.

Anyway next picture.

I knew that you live near Swansea; I just went the wrong way. Sorry :(

I've said it before, and I'm going to say it again. Seamer

I've only been through it once each way! And that was almost a year before I started photting! :(

Anyway, I think we can safely say that this train is either a 150 (watch it be something else!) owing to the door location, the livery and the apparent exhaust pipe -thing visible to the right. But the Platform sign makes me think that this is not Welsh; however, I'll go for somewhere Welsh anyway. Somewhere like Ton Pentre, perhaps?

A third consecutive Welsh station? Well I never...!

The signal is of the two-aspect variety, so that would surely disallow main lines and suggest somewhere with high-frequency stops and relatively low speed, which would make the Valleys more likely. With this in mind, I am going to go for Abercynon.

Would it be on hire to FGW? I'm basing this on the assumption that the guy helping with the wheelchair user is wearing what seems to be a blue shirt. Unless the camera / PC have made the colour of the shirt look different......

But then again the station utilities don't look ATW either. I would be certain it was a FGW station but that bright red info board at the end of the platform is trying to make me think otherwise.
