A run down: Within 25 miles of the coast between Bangor and Barrow via Prestatyn, and a junction between two electrified routes merging into one.

OxtedL is correct. The brown tower thingy in the top right is the tower on which the "Frequent Electric Trains" sign can be seen! The whole picture is below, as is the challenge version. Also visible are the heritage tramway, and Woodside bus station.
