Looks like the old Ginsters pie livery which was on some Canton units. By that reasoning, it is likely to be somewhere on the Western. The floodlight is also a clue, the building near it could be a football stand (or similar), so could it be St. James' Park (sorry if the apostrophe is misplaced, it's the difference between the two clubs).

Ninian Park is correct. That football stand is probably demolished now, as CCFC moved across the road. I believe the stand was sponsored by Braces' Bread (I think that's the logo on it's roof).
