You have to buy it or you can download and try for a months free trial. Would not try it with your internet connection mind you.

I prefer it to photoshop as it is much easier to use and you get good results without to much faffing about. Gets the images down to a reasonable size for putting on fotopic, hmmmm can't do that any more can I.
