Indeed, Herne Hill. If I had posted the full photo it would have been incredibly easy with the People's Piano an instant give away. It seems to have a fascinating story:

The colourful and much loved street piano (which happily resides in the Herne Hill station underpass) has been filling Herne Hill with music and delight for just over a year and is now the subject of this short heartwarming film…
