Surely not! With some inventive camera angles, I reckon that many stations could appear at least two or three times without beginning to look familiar. Although that course of action would surely eventually degenerate into the photos of single bricks foretold earlier in this thread...

Taking some clues from the picture-
It was obviously taken from another platform.
There are few (if any) tube stations with platforms opposite each other in the same tunnel.
It suggest it is a sub-surface (as opposed to tube) station which means either the Circle or District line (inner London). I have seen a station with the roof formed of small arches but cannot remember which one.
By elimination I suggest it is on the Circle/District line between Victoria and Tower Hill?

Wittenbergplatz (Berlin U-Bahn, U1, U2 and U3 lines) is - To my knowlege - The only station in the World outside of the London Transport area that has an official and legitimate LT Roundel sign, which was presented to the Berlin Wherkersgruppe in 1952 by London Underground to commemorate 50 years operation of the U-Bahn. (That's why the roundel is a rather old looking one. )

I thought I'd seen a sign like that recently...Ye've just reminded me that when I passed through Oxford a couple of weeks ago on a DBXC Voyager, I was struck by the odd platform sign - Bought to my attention by the fact that my eyes seem to automatically pick out anything with the Sacred word "North" on it!

I've got a feeling that TheFab444 may well be correct...But if so, do I get a half point for suggesting Oxford's competing university city?
