I’d assume it’s somewhere near London and the South East. A platform as narrow as that would be at the far end of a longer platform / train where fewer people are likely to board? Could be why third rail has been cropped out as well? I can’t hazard any sort of guess though as there’s nothing else to go on *shrug*

I would say it is a high speed line because the yellow line is quite a way back from the platform edge.
