It appears that the lattice work footbridge was similar to that used by the South Eastern Railway and in Scotland. Without 3rd rails my feeling is that it could be somewhere in Scotland but would ask Strat-tastic to confirm this.

OK time for a clue. I visited this station for a few hours to see the freight action (a few 66s and a 70).

Around dinner time (although I imagine the locals would call it lunch) I took a single car unit one stop down the line to the terminus at the seaside where I had fish & chips then caught the train back.
