I'm not sure as I don't use W10 myself, but I think you might have to "save as" after rotating an image in order to get it to stay in the new orientation...?

In the OS it is rotated fine. I think it's EXIF data related which the forum probably isn't aware of

I was thinking maybe its Beaulieu Road but thats only served by one TOC.

Juat to clarify when you say its served by two TOCs do you mean that both of the TOCs call there or does one of them pass through but not call there?

Served by. As will become apparent downpage, there is an hourly SWT service and a less frequent GWR service

Looks like Upwey to me.
