It's not where I first thought it was, but I think is served by the same operator and that shelter type is used where I first thought of, so I am going to guess Pont-y-Pant.

Platform is formed of the "Exmouth Jn" precast style blocks used by the Southern Railway in the 1930s although the style was still used until more modern times.
The narrow solid platform appears to be a possible 1930s build.
At the back of the station are blocks of sandstone found around the Weald area of Sussex/Kent although obviously these can be transported to anywhere.
The 62 marked on the platform support is usually the chainage so probably a station ??mls. 62 chns. from London.
With the clue "in common with Chessington South" (opened 1939). It leads me to think it was a station opened in 1930s (or platforms extended in the 1930s).

It probably was a Southern 1930s platform extension / rebuild as this station opened prior to the 1930s. My clue was intended to refer to it being a Southern region station.
It is in the Weald area.
The chains probably are correct for that part of the platform but on checking with Realtime Trains the station is said to be xx miles and 72 chains from London (they must measure from the country end of the platform I guess).
