It would be easy if I had a clue what the answer is. As it isn't, I haven't, so I shall have to apply logic. I get a feeling from the signage that this is Scottish, but that is not a certainty. I'm sorry to stereotype, but the burnt out buildings suggest an urbanish environment. I'm going to punt wildly at Cumbernauld, with appologies to the people there for any slight on them by my reasoning.
