I cannot confirm so this is a "guess-estimate..!"

I think it is Charing in Kent.....
..........with the really excellent booking hall maintained by Mr.Cook

but maybe not because it looks like a South West trains notice board on the left

It's redolent of my visit to Aldershot. Although I've not been to many places around there, so I couldn't say...

In the past I have seen many unusual units at Chart Leacon Depot, Ashford so nothing surprises me in that area.
The roof valancing is similar to South Eastern Railway.
