I'm wondering if there's a reason the top half of the photo is cut out, but it doesn't look like there is wiring...

Crossover got it right but then he would... and I'm not sure anyone else will do! Oh dear. Maybe give it a few more guesses then we'll ditch this one.

Shall I claim an exemption from answering this one due to the amount of times I've seen that exact view from the back cab at around 0010hrs for seven years? :P

Well, for now, yes. I've been made an exemption as I know the station too well, both in the day and at night (though sadly not from any cab of any sort :()

starmill is out and about today so to keep things moving I'm sure he won't mind me posting on his behalf and say that Buttsy is correct - it is Mirfield Platform 1
