Haha! I can honestly say it was a (considered) guess.

Given it looked a reasonable size, had overhead wires and looked vaguely "Firsty", I picked Finsbury Park based on it fitting this and it being the only Southern ECML "shack" I have set foot on :P

I'll post a picture soon - apologies for the delay but I was away from the computer for most of yesterday evening/this morning :)

Not Doncaster.

Want a clue - the TOC that serves this station does also serve Doncaster.

I didn't say it would be a helpful clue =P

Well I'm guessing it's on a class 153, but even if that part's right, it doesn't help!

As an aside, it wasn't on a Class 153 :)
