Can't be Burley Park, the handrail would be red a la Metro, plus the tuft of grass suggests outer suburban/rural, which Burley Park isn't.

The fence is shouting 'Midland' at me, but the spartan layout of the platform suggests either Merseyside or very east, somewhere like Redcar, but not.
