Looks more like a disused footbridge to me? And probably not disused for long from the look of the state of the paintwork.

So a station with a footbridge that has recently been replaced with a newer one. I feel the greenery is decptive and that it is in fact suburban rather than country. I have seen that style of steelwork around parts of the former Southern Region which didn't get concrete style ones in the 1930s.

Very unlikely this guess is anywhere near and I don't even have a list of recent footbridge projects, but I'll enter Kent House.

Although it kind of reminds me of Stapleton Road, so I'll say that.

I think that rather than a recently replaced footbridge, it is one on which a span has been taken out of use. Given the state of the fence blocking access to the span (or bridge if Peter is right - which I'm not ruling out), I don't think it is a recent change. The pain on said 'fence' looks like faded NSE red. Let's go for Chessington South.

I suspect it is a station with less platforms that it used to though. Or maybe less entrances, this sometimes happens in NSE land when ticket barriers are installed. Let's go for a really wild stab at Cheddington.
