Stanlow is correct - that was taken on a lovely cold morning while I was doing a Cheshire Day Ranger - I was actually really surprised that the train was running, given that it was a Bank Holiday. It had about two dozen people board at Ellesmere Port about five minutes before departure. It also had about two dozen people alight at Ellesmere Port after being told that the train wasn't going to Birkenhead.
