I think there is a third rail and there is evidence of Merseyrail yellow. Therefore, I will follow on from the Ainsdale them and go for Birkdale.

Sound logic.

But not Birkdale :)

It's quite flat round there, no hills.

Haha.... correct it's Manor Road, Wirral :)

It is the only station I know other than Ardwick, Manchester which has a back alley as it's main entrance. My school was quite close to there.

I spent quite some time at that station a few years ago after someone drove through the crossing barriers immediately in front of the train I was on.
