I'm a curious person, but I can only assume you took the photograph with the sole intention of setting this poser.

The Overground clue helps, I'm going to go for the supposedly rougher areas as that is the only tactic I can think of. Caledonian Road?

I was going for the station sign, but alas, the train was moving by this point and I timed it wrong.

Believe it or not, this appears to have been put here deliberately by someone official, and isn't South Tottenham, Caledonian Road or anywhere particularly near those.
