I don't think it's Hove. It's narrow enough to be Pulborough.
I think we're on the South Central division. There is a back platform with a further back road. Said platform road appears to besignalled for bidirectional working. It is electrified. The sign on the subway points to only one other platform, so we have a 3 platformed station with a 2 sided island and a singleton platform. I reckon it's Hove.

Electric services started a long time ago, we're probably talking 1950s.
