This thread is getting ridiculous. If a picture is posted for guessing it is only fair for people to expect the person that posted the image to keep a check on whether the guesses are right or wrong. Leaving us all in the lurch for hours (and sometimes days) isn't fair and detracts from the fun of the thread.

Don't post an image unless you can access the thread to keep us updated on progress.

Ivo, feel free to add your own picture as no guesses have been made on mine yet.

As for clagmonster's, could it be Ewell West?
Is the correct answer (as Matt confirmed).

So, we have a station on an electrified line in the West Midlands. It doen'st look like a ndewly opened station or a new build, and the lack of purple rules out Bourneville. The footbdige suggests more than one platform and not a single island.

Erdington?

Appologies for me leaving Ewell West. In my defence, I did supoervise the pic for a few hours after I posted it, in which time I was hoping it would be identified. It was not, so I posted a message at the time so that people could carry on with the game and continue at a suitable point when I returned, which I think in the circumstances was the best I could do.

Like you, I do find it annoying when a picture is posted and the poster disappears without notice.

Another station, taken from the same spot, at the same time ... but now you need to name both to take the floor!
