Notice how everyone suggests stations within 20 miles of Letchworth!

This is Great Northern territory, not sure where though :|

Hmmm...the further we get from Letchworth the more I become suspicious...

Grange Park?

(I really hope it is actually FCC)

EDIT: Notice how my post agrees with MattE2010s :D

Well I've clearly foxed you all then, because this station is NOT on the Great Northern!

My days of posting from the GN are over! :D

Keep on guessing people!

Oh, and OxtedL, no to Grange Park.

It'll be on the Cambridge-Harlow then, that's still close to Letchy.

Shelford?

Nope.

I wouldn't get too confident!

Following my Cantebury North Lane blunder, it might not be a station at all!

....

Just joking, keep on guessing!

OK, pooling knowledge...

* 2 platforms (probably)
* First colours (it seems)
* AC electrification in a distinctive but difficult to place way
* Likely to be within a 80 mile radius of Stevenage

Conclusion:.....?

I never did understand what happened with Canterbury North Lane, it isn't even on Wiki....

Stevenage?!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you joking? I'm from Letchworth!

You really wouldn't want to go near Stevenage!

I promise you all, it's not on the Great Northern.

How should I know? It's not near Letchworth and it's not on the Great Northern, those are my clues.

And it's covered in snow. Think about places where it snows!

Is it Woodhead? Oh wait, that closed too

I'm beginning to think it's up here...

You've gotta have a better clue than 'not Letchworth' or 'not Great Northern'. That narrows it down to about 200 possibilities!

Ok, I'll be nice. Clues then.

It has two platforms.

Two southbound trains and one northbound train call at the station each day on Mondays to Saturdays.

Snow = Scotland. Except when it snows everywhere else.

So.... somewhere in Fife :D?

Here it is again.

Think carefully.

I may have to go soon, but I should be back. Anon Mouse knows the answer, and I imagine he'll be along shortly.

Try googling:
uk "railway station" 2 northbound 1 southbound
EDIT: even got it the wrong way round!
and you'll see :D
Barely looked at the picture.

Open floor.

Snow was cunning, very difficult. I might have one of Hurst Green in the snow somewhere, let me see... ;)

You are of course correct.

It should have taken us hours longer to get to Pegswood.
Why were you there? Why would any us of us have been there :D?

Well I could've done what I typically do and pick up something from the Great Northern, but where's the fun in that? :D

From now on, I'm going to try and make it a bit harder! :)
