Im pretty sure it is Longbridge. Its the only place I know where the Overheads are on the outer but not the fast lines. And it doesn't look like any of the other Stations on the Southern Cross-city lines.

So that Pacer was actually used on a BHM - CDF service?!
I'm not sure there have been any Birmingham to Cardiff services in Arriva Trains Wales's time - as far as I know they are all Cross-Country Nottingham to Cardiff via Birmingham.
Perhaps it was empty stock?

There was a thread quite recently on this, it turned out that the pacer had been to Doncaster Works to receive some work. And the picture is showing the ECS back to Cardiff.
