Nope. Didn't realise so many fitted my clue, though.

It begins with B and is in the South West. It has three words and the firt is not referred to in the clue.

Yup. A church is a temple, and "mead" is another word for meadow.

CLUES:

First syllable sounds like another word for stupid.
The only other syllable spelt the same as (although pronounced differently than) a side order at MacDonalds.

JsT is correct. Things are made in a mill (or a factory) and Sea is the large expanse of water. Sea Mills :)

first part of the name sounds a bit like a popular brand of mayonnaise, second part - it's a bit odd to have one of those in that location
