Yeah the A130's just a tiddly thing now but most of what's left is a superhighway..
Anyway - from one university town/city to another, via atleast two stretches of former B road, a stretch until about 1990 known by minus ten our number, a stretch which (according to most maps) has for even longer been called a number far greater, and a place whose bypass would logically have our number, but doesn't..
