The nearest guess so far is Warrington
This location is no longer with us and is now a housing estate
There is a station on the background of the picture

Warrington is the closest location, and the area is now a housing estate ....

Sounds very much like the Vulcan/EE works just down the road from Warrington.

this is going to be a lot harder than guess the station because obviously you don't normally go past a freight facility every day.
there might to be some rules/ guidelines about how hard the photo is, or giving clues, so the thread stays alive...
