The colour scheme gave the game away.

Remind me to ask for every bus station you've never been to and then deliberately choose one of the most obscure

There are many I've not been to which I recognise from too many years looking at too many books.

Anyway, my next offering:

The "newer" old one, if that makes any sense? Before the Coach Station was built on the site?

I have no photos available, so open floor.

That's the one: it was New Beetwell Street, basically the East Midland Bus Station. The other one was Chesterfield Transport's Bus Station on Vicar Lane.

I new I'd seen it in my Notts Days - I just didn't go far enough North (and yes, I know Chesterfield is Derbyshire).

Open floor?

OK...

Is it Dinnington, S Yorks?

PS apologies for leaving the thread dead earlier, had work call outs then problems accessing this site!

The metrobus was pictured at High Spen bus station near Winlaton, on a tour of old Tyne and Wear haunts just after entering preservation.

Everyone has had problems accessing the site; you aren't alone ;) Good to see that you hadn't forgotten about us though!

Not Dinnington, but not too far away.

I was completely stumped by the Metrobus shot. I got as far as deciding it was after purchase for preservation, but had no idea where it was.
