OK then :)

I think most of mine have come from Wiki so far, but this does not - it is from Blogspot. More to the point, it's older than me! This picture is from the first few months of deregulation.

Blackpool

and

Blackpool

and

Talbot Road, Blackpool

are all correct. Sorry Paul - two near misses in fifteen minutes.

Seen as it is Blackpool's only proper interchange facility (not including rows of stops on random roads), the naming of Talbot Road is not required. If Blackpool had a second such interchange however, I would have had to disqualify gnolife and Paulravuslante and awarded it to Nym.

So Central Coach Station and Promenade Interchanges don't count now? All them places stagecoach use because they don't want to pay Blackpool Council for the use of their bus station?

Shows what I know about Blackpool. You are right Nym. My mistake. I suggest talking this over with Paul and/or gnolife as applicable

I have only been to Blackpool once, and the only one of these I saw was Talbot Road (well, and Rigby Road if that counts ). If we are being pcky you could even consider Cleveleys as necessitating the specific designation of Talbot Road here.

How the Hell does OxtedL do it? Keeping to get the thread data up-to-date is hard work! Now I have a backache! (That's what I've been doing for the last half-an-hour, in case you were wondering.)

As for this pic? I seem to believe that those Metroriders ended up on the 26 a lot, so Caerphilly? (I say this, and back home I have a model of a Lynx MkII on the 26. Some Metrorider that is!)

Not the 26, but you are correct with Caerphilly. Cardiff Bus ran local services in Caerphilly following the collapse of National Welsh. This preceded joint operation with Caerphilly Busways (owned by Rhondda) which became Stagecoach on their purchase of Rhondda and eventually Stagecoach became the prime operator of services in the town.

Photographed when it was Caerphilly Bus Station, but what the local council now prefers to call Caerphilly Interchange.

Two consecutive correct guesses :p I'm on a roll!

A warning: My access will be relatively limited today (Friday). I have a Uni meeting at 1315 and will be heading straight to Leamington for the Forum Meal afterwards. If you get fed up of waiting for me play an interim game.

For the above reason, I have PULLED this one (0138). The floor is open. I shal re-enter this picture (my 11th) come either a clear open floor I can manage or otherwise my next legitimate turn.

Play on...

If no-one has any objection I'll take the floor. Another picture from the past.
