Keswick is the place. As I said earlier, timetables describe it as Keswick Bus Station. The Arriva bus is actually picking up on the road rather than in the bus only lanes which can be seen behind it.

The Arriva Yorkshire bus was working route 808 (Wakefield to Keswick) in 2002. I can't find a timetable for this epic route at the moment, but I can't imagine that a journey of that length in a Wright bodied Volvo B10B would be much fun.

In that case I would guess that the strucutre is a car park, but there's little point in taking that any further because most large places have multi-storey car parks. Anyhow, could it be Burnley?

Hartlepool. I assume it is actually in West Hartlepool, as I don't think there was ever a Bus Station in Hartlepool.

(Old) Hartlepool/ the Headland did have a what was called a bus station at Middlegate, very rarely I visited there but it was really just a few stands either side of a road on what is now listed in timetables as 'town square'.

One of the last places in the country to echo to the sound of Bristol REs......sniff.....

Given that a few stops with no shelters in Keswick is called a Bus Station, Middlegate might well have qualified as one.

Never made it to Hartlepool when the REs were dominant .

Anyway, another from me: the bus in shot is not actually in the Bus Station. The shelters to the right of the bus are the actual Bus Station and the buses load and unload beyond the shelters.
