Hey guys!
I know this has probably been asked so many times before but looking at threads on here I can't really find much regarding the answers.
I attended an assessment day yesterday at Southampton for the positions of Guard at Guilford and Commercial Guard for Farnham. I passed assessments for both so I have got through to the interview stage, but I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what type of questions are asked in these interviews. The assessor said yesterday that it is competency based and I have to do a lot of research into the company which is fine, but what time of examples will I be needing?
Any help will be greatly appreciated! I haven't got my interview date yet, but I want to be prepared really early.
