I've noticed at a few thameslink and great northern stations that the lampposts have been getting painted in new colours, are there plans to have a new corporate uniform of colours across the network like southern? Also signage? I do Graphic Design so am quite interested in these things. Any info or pictures would be great :)

Matter of taste, but I think the black used on doors and pillars looks absolutely hurrendous.

I doubt there'll be a uniform scheme. They have said they are maintaining four separate sub brands, as seen with the train liveries, and the recent change of the Thameslink brand which was similar to GN at first.

Redhill has been painted, very badly, and the very numerous "wet paint" notices which were taped to the ground everywhere to warn people have just been left there - three weeks later. People now ignore them and sit on painted benches, etc., negating the whole point of the signs! I suspect they will just be left there to gradually wear/rot away - great work!
