GTR Southern - Pension!

Evening / night / morning everyone!

I was wondering if there's any recent starters or those in the know at Southern who could tell me more about current pension arrangements for new entrants?

I'd like an idea of the contribution percentage and the minimum age you can currently take full pension. If anyone can confirm whether it's still final salary as opposed to career average that'd be great too.

As always, any help and advice is greatly appreciated :D

Minimum age is 55 I believe but it will be greatly reduced. 62 is the norm now for full pension
