GTR Shunter Driver / Train Maintainers asst

I have an upcoming interview for this position with GTR. I have obviously looked at previous threads on here to gain as much info as I can but any further help would be appreciated. Would it be very similar to trainee train driver interview ?

I would be particularly interested if there is anyone on the forum already doing this role so I could find out shift pattern etc ... obviously earlies,lates and nights but just wondered what the rota is ?
