Hi fellows,
On 4 of december,i was travellong from luton to london on a return journey..i forget my wallet ay my friend place and my railcard..on the way officer ask me to show rail card to whom intold that i forget it. And also told him that i cal my frend who will take snap of it and i will show it to u
He ask my detail and give a paper and says its ur exit ticket and email ut rail card on given email or adress..i tried to send scan copy but the email adress didnt aceept attachements..
Now problem ia this i have lost that paper..can anybody help me and can provide there contct details?phone and post adress..i send several email on gtr.prosecutions@gtrailway.com but didnt get any reply.i want to send them my rail card.thanks

Just to expand on crehld's comment which I'm sure it wasn't in any way intended to insult - grammar and spelling aren't everyone's strong suit.

Your letter will be read by a person who will, likely, have a large stack of letters to get through and make decisions about. Anything that makes their life easier (a nice, easy to read letter) is going to help you get a positive outcome and, conversely, they aren't going to have the time to re-read a letter multiple times to try and figure out what is being said.

I'm sure that I'm not the only forum member who would be willing to proof-read anything you intend to send.

When we had to contact them, we used the following address:

Which we got from the letter they sent to us. It took a while to get a response, but we did manage to talk to them successfully in the end. Also they acknowledged a letter sent to that address.
