Gtr managers interview

Hi guys. Quite new to this. I've recently passed all of my tests with southeastern and thameslink. Just awaiting a managers interview for both. Does anyone have any insight on the kind of manager questions they may ask?

Morning. I too have a management interview for GTR in the next coming weeks. Regarding the questions, ive just been trying to answer a range of questions, even the structured MMI ones. I think as long as your examples are on point, and you follow the STAR method in answering the question - you will be ok. As far as i am concerned, the panel can throw anything at you, so do your research, relax, be honest and confident.
