GTR Assessment

I was successfully shortlisted to attend an assessment for the Trainee Train Driver role. Is anyone able to give me some advise/insight into what the assessment entails. Is it more than a psychometric test that I'll be doing on the day of the assessment? Many thanks.

Well done for getting to an assessment stage TuEm! There are a number of threads on this forum detailing each step of the psychometric testing and what's needed to pass. You will sit the following:
•Group bourdon(dot test)
•Trp 1 & 2
•Fault finding test
•Tea-occ (3 parts to it)
If successful then you will progress to the computerised tests which are:
•Vigilance test
•ATAVT test
•2 hand control test
Again if successful you will have to do a written communication test (wct) and all that's left will be a mmi interview and dm interview.
