Groupon discounts

[dzug2]

At the head of this page there is normally a google ad for groupon saying up to 70% off train tickets.

So I subscribed to groupon's e-mail list. Not a sign of anything off rail tickets. Spa treatments, restaurant deals, yes. But nothing vaguely travel related apart from hotels.

So do groupon ever actually offer anything rail related? And if they do is it any extra to the normal advance tickets discount?

I think they did an offer whereby you could buy a heavily discounted Heathrow Express ticket. But Groupon have offers that last a few days, to buy and use within a certain period of time.

Apart from that, not seen anything else from them.

Essentially at random. And it's likely to be tickets you don't want, like HEX tickets
