I've been in touch with the author via EMail and he's told me that the link is back up again. Please take note that the author would like to track the amount of downloads that are made therefore he asks that nobody distributes copies around and asks that people use the link on his site instead.

Clicky

Considering he's developed the tool and made it freely available I personally think it's very little to ask. :)

Cheers

Sorry about that Matt :( I hope that was only your first try so you've still got another chance for any future vacancies. DON'T GIVE UP !!!

Did they give you your stats by any chance ?

I see that donations are encouraged now to ensure the site continues (although contributions are voluntary). It is an immensely useful tool and I have donated retrospectively as it was key in preparing me to successfully pass the assessment process and attain the position I have. Maybe those that have previously benefitted should consider doing the same?

It was my first try yes !!! All they said that I missed a load of them, that was all.
I have recently just applied for an Track Maintenance Apprenticeship anyway so will see how that goes.

Think you were at the same FCC assessment as me last Tuesday. That GB program definitely helps. I think by the time I came to do the assessment I had nearly doubled my first attempt on the dots simply through practice and was making very few errors too. I did spend a fair bit of time practising on it though!

Hello,

Could you please give me more details about your DFFT part of the test with FCC. I am going to have mine in two weeks. Thanks,,,

I was sat on the table behind the guy who didn't stop talking. Ever!! I'm sure you know which one I mean! He kept telling everyone that they were wasting their time applying as all trains would be automatic in 10 years. Very strange character! ;)

I had to contend with the bloke next to me saying "four" every time he came across four dots! A little off putting to say the least but I guess it is a concentration test so I had to put up with it!

Managed to download that program and practice on the GB test beforehand. I have no doubt I would have failed on the dots had I not done so. Managed to get through the day so off to Watford for the second part tomorrow. Fingers crossed. :)
